Notes:
- When soldering components, you should solder BOTH sides of the board to insure
contact with all pads.
- Insert and solder the chips first, then the capacitors, then the resistors.
This will give maximum accessibility to solder the pads on the board top.
- When inserting the capacitors, be sure to leave a small amount of bare wire
visible where the capacitor enters the pad on the board top. This will provide
access to be able to properly flow the solder onto the lead and pad.
- If long-term and temperature-stabilized frequency stability are important,
use a metallized-film or other type of stabilized capacitor for
the .1 microfarad capacitor at position C4.
